The Icelandic Mountain Company, or Fjallafélagið as it is named in the local Icelandic language, is a leading adventure travel company in Iceland. Since 2005 we’ve been doing what we do best: taking people on unforgettable Hiking, Skiing, and Climbing Trips in Iceland and worldwide. From the start, we were pioneers in opening up Iceland’s highest glacial peaks to wider audiences taking groups to the country’s most challenging mountains like Hvannadalshnjúkur. 

We immediately became known for our thoughtful, meticulous planning and safety focus. Since then, we have come a long way. Today we host hundreds of guests on Adventure Trips in Iceland and worldwide each year. Early on, most of our guests came from Iceland, but we are grateful for the ever-growing number of friends from all over the world.
